If anyone cares, here's all the info you need on the 2013 US-spec Nissan Leaf. We got the expected stuff, including a new entry level S model, a charger that cuts charging times down to four hours, available leather seats and 17-inch wheels on the top-of-the-line SL model, lower weight, more cargo space, better aero and more gadgets like an Around View Monitor and Bose stereo.


The details come as Nissan announced that US-spec 2013 Leaf production begins in Tennessee.


No word on price, but I'm assuming local production will make it cheaper.
